Staff is very caring and courteous.Dr Darshan Gajera and Dr Niraj chavda are extremely knowledgeable , humble, caring and approachable doctors who listen to their patients very calmly and spend time to make them understand about their ailments.They immediately respond to our concerns and provide solutions,which is very rare now a days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ when I came to know about the appendix. I went to nand hospital. By the time I reached there, doctors were already informed about the situation by radiologist. Doctors immediately called me to meet in the room to discuss the next course of action. Dr. Darshan Gajera who is a general surgeon at Nand Hospital explained to me very well the anatomy of the appendix so I can understand where the problem lies and then we decided to operate on the same day as I was on empty stomach for so long.
Now the time comes to surgery, Hospital staff took me to the operation theater where Dr. Darshan was present. He mentally supported and prepared me for surgery to which I am very thankful to him later he performed surgery for the appendix and all goes well.
After surgery, Dr. Darshan visited me several times a day on day to day basis and had asked questions for any health concerns. Especially I would like to thank Dr. Darshan for such extra care. He is a polite, friendly, and caring person.
Dr. Yayati dave and Dr. Niraj chawada have also visited me several times and they supported me well.
In terms of room services, Ram Singh who does housekeeping at Nand Hospital provided really good service by going the extra mile.
My experience so far has gone well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good infrastructure and well maintained hospital which is recently shifted to vasna bhayli road. Must say both doctor are very good and very very supportive in all manner. Both doctor have very pleasant and confident personality who always ready to answer . But staff over their need to be more trained specially in night shift. Nurses even need be more trained and will behaved with smiling personality. Else all are perfect.
