It seemed that we were knowing much more than their personnel about the scooters.Really not expected such worst response from Hero EV representatives.

All they know is to sell a product and when you go to them for service or any assistance they won't listen.
Please do not visit this showroom. Buy from somewhere else or else you'll regret

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor experience of his after sale service. Never gave any service. Have tendency to say 'come tomorrow'. More so workers are also untrained. In my bike, they fitted HSRP with nut bolt. Spoiled one of the purposes of HSRP. Charged Rs 100 extra for fitting whereas in the online receipt of HSRP it is written that fitting charge included. Better to buy bikes online if this kind of service is given by him.

Sales service better than others in Prayagraj I felt comfortable with my vehicle promptly attended by mechanic and staff. Very polite and ease of doing business seen. Payment and receipts were in order. I had come from far village of Ganga Sector, Andanva, Jhusi Kohna, Uttar Pradesh for servicing of my scooter. Good Job . Keep it up!!
