It has been over 25 days and my gigabite harddisk is not yet receieved from their end.
This service centre doesent in any way care about its customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad sevice! They never receive your call and never call back you. They told me to visit in 10 days in visited in 10 days and they told its dispatched visit in 15 days. They are literally mad. Playing with customers, i personally would not suggest you for vashi plaza service center. Go and try at mumbai or thane but not in navi mumbai.... :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate this service center below average, because service speed is too slow, I had submitted my gigabyte motherboard for repair under warranty and it took 1 month to get it back.. longest TAT experienced ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. Its been almòst 45 days, no response of my faulty headphones. The guy does not even know, when my headphones will be replaced. Reference invoice number of NC Nandai Computers is 003.
My suggestion to all respected members kindly do no buy products of Enter. My headphones stopped functioning after 5 days of use only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third Class Service, Got a messege stating collect the motherboard, went there after 1 hour drive and these guys are saying the motherboard has not arrived.
Visit lamington directly, don't waste time here.
The Counter girl suchita with, third class attitude will treat you like she has done a favour to you by talking to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here for warranty claim of my segate ironwolf drives which had bad sectors and were about to go out of warranty in a week. Had a great experience. You have to register yourself on inspirisys website first and then hand over the drive here. The staffs are fast, polite and welcoming. They gave a acknowledgement and ref. No to track my replacement. Received my replacment drives within a week from Segate, Chennai although all of the drives are refurbished but looked new and on checking relaized they came with 6 months warranty too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Gave my gigabyte motherboard which is in warranty, told me we don't have it in stock it will take 1 week to get in stock so we can replaces it. Guess what it's been over 1 week now no response yet. Abhi warranty khatam hone ke badh dene ka plan hai kya ?
