The receptionist dont know how to manage the appointments and how to behave .i took appointment but after reaching hospital they told me that u should have called and come inspite of taking appointment. Doctor is very good but receptionist staff is very rude .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 star goes to Doctor only, for her behaviour and support. In staff Sheri, Amishaben and one other lady are good, attendants Usha and Shobha are worst in their behaviour. Last day of discharge they become good to receive money from you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor doesn't listen to the patient and always avoid to listen to what we say. My SIL had delivery there. They say the doctor studied in America but I wonder after such behaviour and attitude towards the pregnant lady. The experience was not good. Big disappointed. Staff and doctor should be friendly and helpful. Rather they were demanding and not cooperative. Wasted money like anything. Always they were demanding for same reports on every visit plus new reports. Unwanted reports also they asked multiple times. I Will never suggest anyone this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waste of money and time. Hospital Staff are gangs of cheaters. Fee Rs. 1000 is not justifiable. Hospital is making money on the name of Dr. Purna patel. Even Inexperience doctors are playing with the health of poor patients.
