★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked this hall in the month of Nov for our wedding for the event which was on December. Manager who was heading all the appointments assured us for giving all the requirements which we asked them. Suddenly they changed the manager and the requirements which we asked were all got cancelled at the last moment before our wedding day. It was really a disappointment.How can they change the manager, and we have spoken all the things in detail otherwise we would have not booked this venue.
*THERE WAS NO GENERATOR IN THE VENUE ON OUR WEDDING DAY, WE LITERALLY SUFFERED AND THEY WERE NOT EVEN HAVING THE BACK UP PLANS
*WE INFORMED ABOUT ALL THE PAYMENTS BEFORE IN ADVANCE AND THEY HAS SAID OK FOR EVERYTHING AND AT THE END IT WAS A MESS .
*WE WERE NOT HAVING ANY LIGHTS IN THE VENUE DUE TO THE ELECTRICITY ISSUE. IT WAS RAINING THOUGH ON THAT DAY
*THEY HAVE COLLECTED THE FIXED DEPOSIT FROM US OF 30,000 AND AT THE END AFTER THE MARRIAGE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO RETURN THAT AMOUNT,BUT THEY DENIED SAYING ALL THE UNRELATED ANSWERS AND HAVEN'T GIVEN US BACK.
*THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE PROPER FACILITIES WHICH THEY ASSURED,NO ELECTRICITY, CHANGED THE MANAGER DUE TO THAT WE GOT TO PAY MORE EXTRA.
how can a common people again trust them.Is 30k a less amount??? Despite they didn't provide any back plans.
Was so much disappointment on our big day . So please just check about the payments and aminities etc... everything twice before booking this venue.
