★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new House in Nandi Citadel and shifted 2 months back, everything is ok here(amenities, building quality, Flat design) . Giving 4 star because if you are thinking to buy a new house here then forget about buying heavy decorative things for you new home(which is a dream of one to decorate there new house which is like one time investment of your life.) because this society NONE Block has service lift in it and Society do not allow to use passenger lift for taking your stuff up. I have ordered new furnitures/mandir for my new house as obvious but have to give extra 2000-3000 for extra labour every-time. So if you are planning to buy your new dream house then please rethink if had any plans to buy heavy stuffs too, as every time you have to struggle as not all delivery person will have labours or not all labours will get ready to pick you stuff to 2/3/4 floors...its being very irritating now and every day, and have to restrict myself from buying any heavy decorative in future :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to live. Worth for Price. Good portion of property is filled with greenery which gives a resorts feeling. A new introduction of old games apart from other amenities like swimming pool,gym,badiminton court, children play area.

My landlord Ms. Naveeta Sharma (House D-405), who is the employee of Nandi citadel society has not just misused our all amount, but also misbehaved with me along with her son. During vacating the house, She came along with her son and shouted on me badly only for small damages and dirty corners. Her son misbehaved with me like anything and she was encouraging it. I moved from there quietly with the thought of getting my money back. Now she has prepared the long fake bills of all amount for small-small repairs. Actually, she is spending our hard-earned money to get her home again in brand new shape and she is not even giving a second thought of returning our money.
She is getting her everything repaired with our money and doing fraud with us. Now when I am trying to call her and trying to talk to her, her husband is threatening us to talk to their lawyer. It was the worst experience of my life when we have stayed in 3 countries and experienced only good and honest people overseas. I request Nandi Citadel management to help me in recovering our fair amount.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nandi Citadel is the latest(as of Oct 2018) of Nandi Housing's venture. They stand out among other builders in many respects. I am impressed with their 40 member team who work only on one project at a time. The team is very professional and human.
The project itself grabs attention as it is very picturesque, the granite cladded building stand out. The low raise apartment help you see the skyline and the property itself is built very aesthetically.
The pre-cast roof provides a beauty of its own and one need not unnecessarily spend of false ceiling. The Australian Sal wood door look elegant and material used for electrical fitting is high quality.
There is plenty of greens, park for kids to play and a dog park too is available. They are soon going to add a top class club house, with restaurant and service apartment.
Most of the property is in good shape and it is safe to assume that once all the amenities are in place, the remaining 1 star would also fall in place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is situated in the main road itself. Gated community. Basement parking. Lots of walking space. Homely.
Nandi Builders have designed this place very beautifully. This has a resort feel to it.
Their is one indoor gym and two outdoor gym. 3 parks , two barbecue pit , 1 swimming pool, temple inside, small play area which has traditional Indian games. Swing to sit in between the blocks.
Most of all the most important thing is community people are good, understanding and work it out together. All festivals are celebrated as one.
Recommend to buy and decide.
