You can donate money for the charity but remember to take receipt.
However, still few things that needs to he improved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place with my mother. So calm, composed, peaceful place I found it in crowd of city. I really appreciate such things that in India people are doing these kind of jobs even. Lots of Cows and Bulls are getting shelter over here as of now. & More to be recruited. Temple & enchanting prayers by priests adding charm to this place. Am in love with this place. I keep on visiting this place on regular interval. I can recommend it to all.
