If you ask me it's The hill of happiness Best place to visit near Bangalore. Whenever you want refresh your mind just visit this place. It's was my first and last adventure. Just loved place and location. You will feel clouds are passing through you ?. The best thing about this place is to watch Sun rise. Just loveable place.

Love the place ? Everytime i visited this place it makes me flabbergasted, Want to enjoy go during Rani season or cold season, for the best view and Time be there in mid December that's the wonderful time ??, Try beeing in the top before 4:30 am trust me you will enjoy the movements they will start giving tickets from 6am. One one thing don't go in the weekends or gov holiday there will be to much off people, it's best to go in week days???. Once again the best place to get flabbergasted every time you visit ???

Nandi Hills is a clear testimony to that. The entire place is barricaded for safety and offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape. Another must-see attraction is Tipu’s Summer Residence, which was named by Tipu himself as the Tashk-e-jannat, meaning ‘the envy of heaven’. Featuring beautifully carved arches and majestic pillars with intricately painted walls and ceilings, this place is a popular tourist spot. Nandi Hills is home to quite a few temples, and one such temple that you must visit is the Bhoga Nandeeshwara temple in Nandi village. Dedicated to Lord Shiva and his consorts Nandi and Parvati, this temple is one of the oldest temples in the area and is a beautifully designed work of architecture. Nandi Hills is a haven for cyclists, and the lofty altitude coupled with the amazing terrain and the spectacular landscape makes cycling at Nandi Hills a complete adventure in itself. Cycling amidst the lush greenery and past hairpin bends that open into jaw-dropping vistas, cycling tours in the Nandi Hills is a must-do activity for adventure lovers.

Very well maintained valley roads. The bike parking is a scam though. Cars can be driven all the way to the top, however bikes need to be parked at the entrance. Somewhat controversial, as many exceptional people were allowed somehow. In addition while departing the place post sunset, the officials posted at the parking spot will begin to ask for money for apparently safeguarding your bike. The walk is kinda creepy as there are monkeys all over. The sunset point is one of the best, from where you can see till the edge of the horizon. There are plentiful Nilgiri trees around adding the natural scenic beauty.

Best view of entire Bangalore. Must be there by 6am to enjoy the sunrise. Lot of monkeys there. If you have any foreign friends they will enjoy this more than the sunrise... Just like my friend ?. If you want to buy some grapes just out of the farm then u will find lot of sellers on the road...
