★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have received spoilt meat from them on 4 occasions. Although unacceptable, at least on previous occasions, just raising a complaint had helped, as they replaced it quickly. On the last occasion, however, I received spoilt meat on 14th August, and raised a complaint immediately. I was informed that that item was out of stock and tbey would replace it on the next day. More than a month later, and no resolution has been given. Every time I have called, I am told that their team is looking into it, and will call me back by end of day, but no one calls back.
It is highly dangerous to sell spoilt meat, and places like this, which regularly supply such poor quality meat should be shut down.
Also, before I wrote this review, I had contacted your customer care, who promised me for the 3rd time, that they would resolve my concerns by that evening. I have not yet received any response. Not only are your products of poor quality, but so is your service and customer support.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biggest problem makers in all of HSR layout. Quality of chicken is good. We have been commercially taking chicken for a year now . The staff is absolutely misbehaving and rude. Unruly behaviour, unacceptable and they cant even wait 30 mins for a payment when the procurement is under the range of 100kgs in 3 days together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered chicken from here two times and was completely satisfied with its quality. It is soft and tender and tastes really nice. I found it to be anytime better than the one sold in other shops. It would be really great if you folks continue to deliver same quality of chicken. :) ...However I am not sure, if it is freshly cut or is frozen chicken that is the reason for 4 starts , else it would have been 5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered goat premium cut mutton through Dunzo, they have given cold storage stuff, don't know how many days back was cut. I generally order from Fresh2home but they were unable to deliver within time. Will never buy mutton from this outlet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered chicken biryani cut ,which used to be 10-12 large pieces but received curry cut which was kind of small chunks.Very disappointed. I given them chance multiple time that they will correct in future but no improvement.Earlier chicken used to be fresh with quality cut but now it's smelly and kind of road side cut without cleanness.
This review I have given after ordering same thing(biryani cut) 5-6 times ,thinking they will improve .
