★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never thought I would be giving a negative review that too for my favorite god temple. But yeah..my tear-filled eyes made me share this experience. So, let me make this CLEAR, this review includes no personal grudge or anything as such..this was the first time I had visited this temple and and is going to be the VERY last time as well. After Rayara darshana (30/01/2020 (Thursday) - Evening) when asked for theertha and akshathe one of the pujari standing near the temple sanctum refused to give by saying something which probably meant he would give after the pradakshina of god's idol in a chariot (i could figure that out from his hand gestures). After that, i waited for over 20 min until uyaale seva was being performed. It was already 7:50 PM. A couple of people went and took mangala harathi and akshate by themselves and no one uttered a word. When I did the same, THAT very same person who was also doing uyaala seva shouted at me infront of everyone just because I took mangala harathi and akshate (which is one of the most important part of visiting the temple) just as others did as if I did not deserve it. Waiting all week long for this day, Leaving office 20 min prior, walking all the way to cross the road with insanely heavy traffic only to get insulted..? Totally NOT WORH IT. Maybe my day was bad, or i carried after office tiered look to visit temple? but what he did was just not acceptable. Because everyone deserves god's blessings and nobody has the right to snatch it away. P.S - Pardon for the lengthy text, just could not complete it in few sentences.
