For someone like me who does not know anything about cars, it is very difficult to get my car service. A friend suggested me Nanuan's Automobiles and I tried it for Honda City's service. All I had to do was to book the car service online and they looked after everything else. I was impressed by their service!

The mechanics are below average, the supervisor kept forgetting what I told them to do and the Manager doesn't care about the feedback one gives, full of arrogance. Would rather visit 48 motor market than these thieves who loot by handing out their coupons. They will make a thing worse and then charge you for it as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just act like crooks. Doesn't communicates the charges for any services upfront. And at the time of dispatch charges a big amount. Doesn't recommend any to visit this workshop. I went to check an false light on dashboard of Hona City and they found nothing. No scanning fees communicated to me. But at the bill time charged for the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A normal workshop with automatic jacks and good machines, the working staff and work supervisors are below average.
I had a coupon of service which they sell for promotion, so I went there for routeen service and check up of my Maruti Swift. I was with my vehicle all the time throughout the servicing and the things I noticed :
1. I asked for wheel balancing but no one did that not even supervisors noticed untill I told them at the time of delivery.
2. They claim about "30 Points Check" during routeen service, but checks were not even 10. I asked 2 supervisors to explain about 30 points and they couldn't explain more than 10 points
3. Just simple service which you can do in Sec 48, Sec 28 and Mani Mazra market with better explanation and checkups.
4. The good thing of this workshop is washing and cleaning the vehicle, they do it nice. I saw them washing luxury cars after lifting them on jack. My vehicle was not even lifted for washing, I got a normal washing of my car
