★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most untrusted shop, I brought 2 items food processor and a remote control wall mounted fan. Shopkeeper issued a kaccha bill for fan on that he written one year warranty it was some unknown brand finally with in six month fan stopped working, went to the shop to claim guarantee he kept the fan few days with my phone number, was waiting for call finally after a month I went to enquire about it he straight way said circuit got damaged and the warranty don't cover that. Shop owner is courtesy less person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been picking electronic items here since couple of years. The shop earlier used to be a small one, but last year they have extender it by one more floors. Last purchase was done three days ago and when I asked for the bill I was handed over the transaction slip, unfortunately the piece they sold us was defunct and we called up the Customer care. The company personnel did not entertain our grievance as we do not have the bill to prove it was brought recently. Thankfully I got the number while searching the name on Google and called them up. With utter disappointed I was sent the bill on WhatsApp. A word of caution to all the buyers please do not leave the shop without bill even if the item is inexpensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if google allowed. Bought a waffle maker from here, went home and tried to make it and realised it was flawed. I called on the same day and requested for a replacement from the owner when he outright rejected to replace. He has kept my waffle maker to "Return to the company" and hasn't done that since more than 3 days. When i tried to contact him again, he cut my phone twice. When he finally picked up on the 3rd try, he spoke extremely rudely to my mother and cut the call mid conversation.
Extremely manner-less man, makes me regret not buying waffle maker from amazon.
