I had bought a light fixture on Mar-4 afternoon. The size of which was 24*20. After taking it home and evaluating the size along with my parents, we unanimously felt that this was a size shorter than the other same designed fixture sized 24*24.
Even with the estimate sheet / visiting card on it's back side clearly stating that exchange within 10 days (no return). no amount of requesting to the concerned sales rep (Mr. Sonu) mad him budge. He arrogantly stated "no exchanges whatsoever even after 1 hour or 1 day after purchase".
OUTRIGHTLY ARROGANT. Yes the price of product was very competitive; However, sales experience while buying and just a day after was quite disappointing.
BEST AVOIDED. There are 100's of other better attitude outlets (bigger and smaller) to go purchase from
