★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have lost my business and my respect. Earlier today, went here to buy some Sugar Free biscuits for my grandmother, the cost of which was ₹45. Took my phone out to pay via UPI and the guy on the billing counter says, "you cannot pay using UPI for amount less than ₹100" and they have this written on their UPI QR code card too. Now, I could have just bought some other things and got the total amount to ₹100 but here's the thing.. why do I have to do that? As a consumer shouldn't it be my right to purchase even a ₹10 item via UPI?
THIS KIND OF TOXIC BACKWARD MENTALITY BRINGS DOWN BUSINESSES AND PROMOTES BLACK MONEY. So, no more shopping from Narayan Bazar again.
