Last one year, most of the good doctors left. Staff became unprofessional. Pathetic sample collection centre. You’ll wait there for hours to give your blood samples. I was a regular visitor of the hospital but now I go to different hospital.

Staff is polite but they test you wrong and makes u do unnecessary tests. I have been a victim to them twice to realise their scam. DO NOT VISIT. I had to visit other experienced doctors to get a proper treatment.

The doctors are not so friendly, have gone to get my grandmom treated for thumb finger displacement for which they have taken service charge of 2480/- even after getting all the necessary things from pharmacy just for putting a band to her hand. For thumb displacement they had tied the band till the elbow and gave a hand band which is of not necessary. The before day they made me to buy a thumb splint which is of no use the next day. More of money making.They make me feel that I should not go to multispeciality hospital again

My grandfather was told as cancer patient by them while he did not have any problem we tested from best hospitals later on. These people focus on making money by doing unwanted tests. Totally inexperienced staff as well.

I am writing this review based on my experinece with one of the nuerologist deepak in narayana.iam not judging over all.I went to consult him for my back pain with an MRI report. To my suprise ,he is one who frightened me a lot saying i will not be able to get rid of this life long and has to accept it. Iam not sure whether he treats everybody in such a panicking way.After i consulted another doctor for 2nd opinion. He just told to have a exercise for 2 montgs regularly. That really worked and i didnt see the pain again since 2 years. So i dont have a better opinion on this department.

I stay abroad in NY but I had allergy & DNS(Daviated Nasal Septum) issue which causes my Nasal passage blockage from time to time. I thought I will take second opinion at this place. I have visited this place when in August 2019 I was in India & I have visited Pulmonologist, Cardiologists,Dentist & ENT specialist at this location for this analysis & I will tell you,how I ended up with all these Drs. I have spent like 18000 Rs just for second opinion & finally I came home with a steriod drop for my nasal blockage, if anyone needs I can give copy also.I am not using Dr. name here but I feel these guys are not doing justice to their profession as well as their education.Overall I had worst experience & more over I felt it is worst place I have landed to take second opinion. My initial appointment was with pulmonologist on 10th August since I had respitory system related issue, he suggested me to take cardio package with PFT & opinion of ENT,since just PFT test is more costly.During my visit I noticed besides prior appointment Dr will not be available on time they can send text for appointment confirmation but why cant they send text if Dr is not available for whatever reason. I spent my entire half day just to visit this Dr. then as suggested second day I visited for complete cardio package & spent my Saturday till 3 PM for completing the cardio package & PFT test. Most of the staff is busy in collecting money & staff at reception desk will never give you correct info, even if Dr is inside they will say he is not inside they will say come tomorrow. I pity on old people & people who are not well educated or soft spoken,staff will make patients to do multiple rounds or make them wait for entire day in lobby. I had relatively good experience with cardiologist & he spent proper time with me & gave proper suggestions related to my report. Cardio package included dentist check up, I visited & she took out my filling without even consulting,saying it was lose & it was coming out, there I have to spend couple hrs to just get temporary filling because by Saturday 3 PM , I had lost complete confidence on this hospital for any treatment.That temporary filling came of by Dinner, so I had decided I will get it done from a known dentist with a proper analysis. Then later point of time I have visited an ENT specialist, I have no idea how much he pays attention to patient also or tries to listen to the patient. He looked at my nose & suggested to do Ct-Scan,then only he can suggest me something, which was another 4000 Rs test & these guys took my entier day. I seriously doubt knowledge about this Dr also, I had visited three times to this Dr & he had prewritten prescription for every patient,one steriod drop & Montelucast. Anyway coming back to my experience with CT-SCAN/MRI of my nose,lab guy could not finish his report so he just gave me CD & I have visited in the evening the same Dr. with the copy of images, which I doubt he even looked at it but he suggested me Steroid drop & I have no idea, in which rush this Dr is all the time but he never carefully examines the patients, so big NO NO to ENT specialist at this location. Buy medicines from some other place they have costly medicines, outside I got same medicines for 110 Rs while I paid 800 Rs at their pharmacy. My Third experience was for my son with the same ENT specialist, I know you might say why I even went there, I gave second chance to my doubt & thought it could be one off experience, I had to catch flight second day back to US & his nose was bleeding two nights before & this place is near to place where I was staying. ENT specialist repeated the exactly same pattern, morning I went he suggested to get me two tests(X-ray, blood clot time) during his evening shift asked me to visit & then only he can do something about it. I did X-ray but I didn't find any reason to do second test.He didn't like this response but can you believe what he gave in prescription, you guessed it right he gave my son, same to medications.

Its a very good hospital , with a reasonable price for consultation . Also , this hospital offers 24/7 emergency . You don't even need to fill paperwork before treatment, even if you are visiting alone. All you have to do is just walk in to the emergency room , get yourself checked by the doctor and do the paperwork later on !! Even the doctors and nurses are so nice and friendly!!

2 years back i went here and I told them about my problem related to cold which I had from last 1 years and taking any cetirizine tablet it gets cured for 1 week and then same continue, so I said is there any kind of allergy or any other issues but the doctor here told me if there are some allergies then you can't even sit here, it would have been worse. and then suggested me to stay away from fan or any cold environment. I said I dont feel cold atleast for this Bangalore atmosphere but she said you have to stay away and when ever you get cold take a medicine this how it will be. I thought she is the doctor and she knows better so this continue for this whole 2 years, and the frequency of taking the medicine also increase from every week to every 3days and I really got frustrated. so last month I consulted to Dr. Surendra Y Lele in Visakhapatnam and told him the situation. he took it seriously and asked me for 2 blood tests and CT scan. blood test was fine but in CT scan he found the issue. My nose bone is slightly bend and that has caused this issue. and now the treatment is going on and he said if this medicine wont work then we might have to go through a very minor surgery. Here if i take the first scenario then it is quite common every one take this as very common condition and ignore it and I don't blame any doctor for this but when the patient is saying there might be something wrong as it is continuing from very long time then, I think doctor also should consider it little seriously because taking this cetirizine tablet you need more sleep and that effects the other daily activities.
