★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Harish Kaswan, Urologist is a thorough professional with impeccable integrity. Medical facilities and hospitality of said hospital is fabulous.
My father Sh. Dharampal is undergoing treatment at this hospital under Dr. Harish Kaswan G . All the staff is very caring, courteous and professional with helping nature . Hygiene and sanitation facilities of this hospital is very good.
I wish all the best to all the staff members of this hospital and will pray to almighty God for their good health & happiness....Keep growing.... Humanity comes first...Jai Hind

I have called customer care for booking of appointment, then he said a person will call you. I received call and he said under RGHS you have to come to hospital and book appointment, both online and on call is not allowed. But he has not told that only 75 appointment will be given in a day even I have told him many time that we will come from 100 Km at 11:30 AM during the conversation. And even 20 days back it was not there.
Today when we visited, they simply said, all the token exhausted, you come tomorrow because we have changed the rule and then they said without RGHS you can book the appointment.
I knew it first come first serve and I also told him that I know it, but you suddenly change the rule and quote that you knew it, how could have i?
Earlier also gave feedback that doctor is good but you need to improve other services, and you made it reverse to the next level.
and stop calling and asking to give review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife was admitted for maternity facilities here. We came here little late in evening and got admitted through emergency. Medical staff attended us very well, although admission process was extremely slow and we realized that administrative personnel were not available.
Other that that afterwards we have very nice experience and I must say medical staff is proactive here.
I would also like to appreciate cleanness and hygiene of this hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is for Management there, I have never seen this kind of poor management in any Hospital. There is no co-ordination between different departments. They keep you waiting for hour for medicine by saying we have put indent in software it will take time. Doctor's there are really good and friendly and explains very well. I have sharing this on my recent experience I had. Due to the poor management patient suffers.

All the Departments are well equipped and are being managed professionally well.
I have been able to get back the mobile charger I had left there inadvertently.
