★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience. Doctors explained everything very well. Even the staffs are helpful and courteous. Covid protocol is followed very meticulously like sanitizing the equipment before using it for next patient. Bannerghatta clinic is maintained very clean. Overall I like it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the hospital multiple times now and each time i have had a wonderful experience. The staff is very courteous, helpful and friendly. They offer prompt service from morning to evening and ensure that your whole process runs smoothly. Everything is recorded digitally, so you don't have to necessarily explain to the doctors about your prior medication or history.
It is very spacious too, with a small CCD outlet, clean washrooms, an optic store and a medical store.
The highly experienced doctors diagnose your problem in depth and prescribe the right medication. They also refer you to other specialists in the same building if necessary, without any extra cost. You have to pay a minimal registration fee only once in the beginning.
I would recommend Narayana Nethralaya to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and extremely professional. For cataract surgery, a daycare procedure, they had all the plans charted out in advance. You reach there in time and follow the instructions. Back home for lunch.
Next day, go for a checkup early morning. It's fast and well managed. Entire process done in half an hour or so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm writing this review to appreciate the customer service provided by one of their staff at Ben Franklin Opticians, Mrs. Sudha Rani. She was very patient and helpful when I went to the store to buy a frame and lenses. She ensured the frame sat comfortably on my face by adjusting it multiple times. Unfortunately, within less than two months, the frame's coating started peeling off. When this issue was informed to her, she immediately made arrangements for a replacement. She was very prompt in her responses and made the replacement super seamless for me.
The doctors at the hospital were great too.
Overall great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my father's cataract surgery done by Dr Narendra KP. The entire experience was a smooth and painless one. The surgery is a success, and we are 100% satisfied.
One more benefit of this branch of Narayana Nethralaya is that there is ample parking space available for vehicles. Even if the hospital parking is full, one can park one's car in the Bharath Bank parking which is one level below the hospital parking.

Best for kids eye checkup, as the outside stores like Titan, Lenskart can not test kids eye sight.
It takes around 45mins time for the entire procedure. They do a very detailed procedure for kids eye check, you will be tested 3-4 times on several machines and if required after application of Atropine eye drops ?.
Experienced doctors and the staff.
They house a lens Specs ? ? store, if you wish take the Glases in house or from outside.
They have ample parking in the basement.
They also undertake other patients as well.
