★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst after sales service. This place is a disaster, believe me, after sales service will make you regret buying Honda even if nothing will be wrong with the car itself. I don't know if Honda ever runs an audit to capture voice of their customer. The guys are so unprofessional and they somehow finds a way to mess up every single time. I have not written this review based on my first experience, rather this my 4th year and the experience has been disastrous every single time. You will be another very disappointing helpless customer who gets only sorry in replies from an authorized service center of such a reputed companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I havey new city 5th gen and itet with an accident for which I have claimed for insurance and previously when I spoke to the team they said there is no issue if any delay in intimation ever after FIR and later they said it will take some time. I left my car on 22 sep in showroom and it is still not ready and no proper response from the service providers. I recommend not to go ahead with their insurance as it is really an hassle. Also they will just do a delay unnecessarily. Now they say it will take another 12-15 days of time. Pathetic experience.
