Worst service. Staffs are not trained. They are trained for how to mislead the customers to pay them extra.
Totally disastrous place
I would never suggest anyone to go here.

Disappointing Thing Is That Many Of The Parts Of TVS Bikes And Scooties Are Not Easily Available
They Order It From Kolkata I Think And It Takes Time To Get The Parts Assembled
So, Go Slow If You Have TVS , Beware Of Other Vehicles , Maintain Road Safety Rules . I Too Have Drive My Bike Without Engine Guard For More Than 10 Days As They Had Not Parts Available For 10 Days .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are careless about the customer service, they will make u fall in trouble when it comes to Insuarance work, they will not pick up the phone, they will delay work, they don't work according to rules of Insuarance the staff are careless and makes the work failed and are not helpful at all, they are not even professional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given my bike for insurance claim from last 23 days at TVS Service Centre, Adityapur, these guys are so unprofessionalism, they say like that m gonna go for leave your work wont be done until i come, which means i ll have to pay my time according to them, till date they have not checked the stocks, after asking is parts available they ll say yes, but when they ll ask for it they ll say no, third class experience, i believe TVS do not want to harm their brand image bcuz of this kind of unprofessional staffs from them, 23 days to paint a scratch in the bike, 23 days to fit a headlight, 23 days of harassment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service centre is all about service but TVS Narbheram is not at all good in that, specially after free service is over.
After one year of my bike Apache 200 4V, I went to their service centre at Gharabasa and they asked me to keep my bike there for at least 2 days because a noise/ tappid sound was coming from the engine. I said, I will be here full day, if you can fix the problem today it will be good but they just denied and leaving me with only one option that I should leave my bike there. I went to Adityapur service centre and the same story.
People goes to authenticate service centre so that they can get fast and reliable service. But the attitude of the people in both the service centre proved that they don't want to provide service properly.
Very much disappointed by the service centre of TVS at Jamshedpur.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They change your two wheeler tyre air to nitrogen without even consulting you and charge you 70 bucks for it..which is basically available for free at any petrol pump..don't have most of the spare parts in stock..being one and only TVS authorised service center from Dimna to Adityapur..they are lacking basic facilities to provide to their customers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service quality is just OK.. not great.. a little unsystematic during registration in the morning... Should be improved and systematic.. booking and problems should be pre-registered before coming to service centre... Through mobile app... It will ease the service...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Better name is NARBHERAM WASHING CENTER.
-Poor time management.
-very poor knowledge and experience especially for apache 160 4v.
-I have paid 1579rs in the name of serving which was actually changing of two filter and oil changing. Nothing else job was done on bike.
-Money waste. Better visit nearby service center or go to some other experience mechanic.
