★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even a local town bus stand in haryana is better then this capital city terminal.no facilities no shelter for passengers.no timing of buses .for past 20 years it has been in this miserable condition.shame on the govt shame on our representativis.

1. Good bus services to Azadpur, Mori Gate, Nangloi, Najafgarh, Bahadurgarh etc. It's good when DTC buses fleet are depleting & suburban areas like this still have good service of buses.
2. Not even a single bus route is available beyond south of mori gate but you can get buses to nearest metro station Jahangirpuri from there you can go to any other parts of Delhi.
Cons
1. Bus terminal is not maintained even worse than Nehru Place terminal.
2. Not commuter-friendly, forget about seat you don't even get a place to stand.
Like most of the bus terminals in Delhi this bus terminal is also in very poor condition. So I decided to give 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Official Narela Bus Terminal .....Not well maintained , a passing shower can leave the terminal muddy !! E - rikshaws are also available, The Bus services are excellent here in morning specially, in evening you have to wait 15-20 minutes for a bus .....you will get different route buses like - Jhangirpuri , Azadpur , Mori Gate , Old Delhi Railway Station etc ........
