They are busy sitting and gossiping instead of attending to customers.
Even a roadside vendor will talk in a better way than these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They assumed that customer will never buy, came only for time pass(as one oldies repair man in company said on my back side), as per theire consideration. By the way I planning to buy in next 4-5 days as bcoz my credit card billing cycle, and I go for check and choose the right and in budget model, so that I don't have to think more on time, so they provide me test ride as they doing like favour (attitude of one girl in there) for us and passing comments on my requirements and choice (did by one person wearing i-card and knows something about bicycles), and I also find force full action that we have to must buy if we took test ride of any one of product. I only have a suggestion for them is "Please don't assume that customer always buy from you, even they can if you treat them as your duty against customer to show and explain without hesitation and expectations"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the service of the shop is the best in town and in my view Nareshchandra & Co. is the best among the few shops that sell scientific cycles in nagpur. the staff and the owner are very polite and they give suggestions to the consumers even if they are not benefited by the result. Today i purchased a Sub-cross 40 men(Rs 43000 including all accessories) and i am very happy as the answered my every questions very politely even if the question was dumb or silly. I really recommend this shop if you are willing to buy a scientifically designed cycle. and one last thing that they do not keep there profit in mind when they are talking to you, what they really care about is your comfort and needs and they also believe that a person should be able to feel a connect before buying the piece of art cycle.

Services may include expert fitting and custom bike building or ordering, maintenance and repairs from experienced bicycle mechanics,.
Rates are good but paid service are little expensive.
