I wish I knew the insanity of nursing staff and careless attitude of doctors, before I admitted my father. Egoistic stubborn and stupid staff. Patients keep screaming and crying but they do not stop or hesitate from penetrating large needles. Finally I lost my father. They do not give the treatment details for discussion with external experts. They could have informed me to take my father to other hospital when he was alive. Please be Careful.

Good treatment and doctors. But nursing staff is very rude and careless towards patients. Accounts department is very greedy and adds false charges. Nursing charges are equal to private hospitals. Discharge takes 4-5 hours even after doctor gave discharge note 24 hours ago. Almost every patient is charged incorrectly high and if you go to get it corrected they will add other charges and keep the bill same. Very very greedy people. This is not a charitable trust hospital by the charges but it is definitely a charitable hospital by the services. If not for the doctor, I would not visit this hospital.

GO HERE ONLY IF YOU WANT TO REGRET We had a pathetic experience at Narhari.. It is a listed facility offered by ECHS. However, I wonder why it is not being verified by the ECHS about the lethargic approach the hospital takes to treat their patients. 1) My mother was brought here woth acute UTI; with CRP increased 10 times in a day.. Previous day CRP was 34.5 the next day it was 361. 2) Hospital was adamant to start any antibiotics before the culture reports arrive (it takes 3 days for culture report to arrive) 3) Medical officer Dr. Riddhi Rathi lied to us that the antibiotics have started whereas the senior Physician denied and said they won't start unless culture reports arrive. On insisting several times, the physician started Meropenem. 4) She had a lot of electrolytes imbalanced woth her Potassium levels shot up to 6+. While these figures should be treated aggressively, no treatment was started to suppress that and they said the RL will work fine. 5) The next day, I observed her to be breathless and rushed to the nurse to get her SPO2 levels checked... The SPO2 levels by between 65-70. The nurse kept rubbing my mother's hands saying the SPO2 was rising as her hands were chilled. She didn't call up for emergency in spite the SPO2 levels and prominently seen breathlessness in the patient. I HAD TO SHOUT AT HER AND CALL FOR EMERGENCY. 6) They took my mother to the so called ICU. The staff was already quarreling over responsibilities when we arrived in the ICU. Having an event of Hypoxia, they took the ABG report. The ABG report showed Respiratory acidosis.. In any other hospital, in this situation, the ICU team would aggressively start with investigations like x-ray and ECG. 2 hours passed, just a cathedral was placed and a dress was changed. Fortunately, my mother was coping well with her o2 levels; with oxygen at 15 ltrs per minute though... P.S. : We shifted my mother to the other Emergency hospital at night at 12:30 am as there were high chances of deterioration.

Hospital is good but lack of staff found at new and old case counter. I have found one nurse behaviour not well, she tells me other patients discharge within 3 to 4 days and you are staying more than that. Except these two occasions all over experience was good.

With much lesser experience related to hospital and diseases, I have only heard about the ill and bad facilities available at various government and trust operated hospitals. But my only experience in the hospital was good. The staff was humble and was on the time to take care of the patient. Kudos to the cleanliness and hospitality staff. Food can be improved but as it is meant to be for the patients, it was not bad at all. The health booster soups and other things were served at regular intervals. The general ward, special ward and semi-special ward were maintained neat and clean. A star less because of the hygiene which can be improved in public restrooms.
