★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have not experienced anything disappointing here while visiting here for transferring my LPG connection from Delhi to Noida.
They explained me few simple processes and upon completion it was done smoothly. The processes included submitting a copy of AADHAR, PAN card, and address proof.
However, I had to visit again to get the entry book about which I wasn't aware until I needed it as address proof in bank to change my address.
This time the agency asked me to bring an address proof and charged me INR 50 for the entry book which is never used by the Gas delivery person at the time of delivery. Recently, they have mandate a card that costed me INR 30 and required at the time of gas delivery. Don't know if everyone has it by now or the delivery person sells it for earning purpose.
My quick advice to all agencies, please start sending vending machine to digitally collect the cash on gas delivery and ensure that gas is delivered on or the next day of booking.
They give half filled cylinder which lasts for maximum 15 to 20 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are big time cheaters. They have been supplying cylinders with less gas.. An Ideal Gas weights should be 14kg but on weighing it was found to be less by 4-5kg and this has been a constant behaviours.. Complains are not heared and very bad and pathetic service. Beware of these cheaters.!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supportive staff, nothing bad so far. Just ask them what you have in your mind and they will let you know the solutions. Quick cylinder dilivery and service if you face any problem. Office is quick hard to find however you can use the Google map.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I transferred my connection from other location to this agency. The staff was helpful and guided me properly. It is better to take two cylinders on single connection as the staff didn't seem very prompt on making deliveries.
