Yesterday i went to the shop to buy kurta. Kurta didn't fit me and smaller size was not available. Sales representative told that I can buy the kurta and alteration can be done from outside tailor. I was not comfortable with the idea and politely said no to it. After that what sales person told shook me. He said as i quote "PATA NAHI KAHAN KAHAN SE AA JATE HAIN".
Its my right that i will buy only cloth which either i like or comfortable with. Its not necessary that any one who comes to shop will surely buy it. But this type behavior is unacceptable. Pathetic sales staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had worst experience with this shop in Panchkula sec-11 , I Had done purchase of 5K+ amount of cloths but wanted to exchange one sweat shirt due to the defect, they refused to exchange, even owner was not helpful and misbehaved. They have other branch at same place "knight king by Narula" but poor service. I would have given negative ratings if it was available.
