Your mindset and attitude is completely wrong and oriented towards protecting oweners interest only because they provide repeated business to you...
Moreover, what do you expect the distemper paint to be after using the property for more than a year?
There is something called normal wear and tear which you and your client Mr. Rajendra Banne (D-904) did not tried to understand...
Your client recovered electricty bill of Rs. 4000 against actual bill amount of Rs. 300.
And there are many more points I bring in to your notice but you never shown any interest to intervene ..
I was even accepted to give the dispuited walls painted but you and your client wanted the entire house to be painted???
This is ridiculous....
