★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A reliable Medical store in local, where you can find almost every medicines in appropriate price. They have other stores too in the area. Staffs are good but sometimes they are little casual. You can ask for discounts on medicines. They accept Cards too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my family all our medicines are bought from this store. You can get all available medicines from here. They have a good stalk of every medicines. Also they provide discount on the bill, hence quite good. Since it is veey near to the Masterda Surya Sen Metro Station, I can buy it easily on the way. Since it is on the roadside, you can easily locate the store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You will find good stock of medicines here, almost , but the service is slow, and there is zero co ordination between Nath stores -1 , 2 and 3.
Although Nath 1, 2 and 3 are same chain stores owned by the same person and located almost within 200feet, but in case of non availability of certain drugs the sales persons absolutely do not co operate customers and customers themselves have to visit these three stores and query for the availability of certain drugs.
Also customers do not get the benefit of discounts from sum total of large amount of bill ( above Rs 1000/-) if they purchase a group of drugs from these three different stores at the same date and time.......and that also due to non availability of few drugs at their single store -(Nath1) or ( Nath 2).
Recently they are passing on discounts, like other large drug chains, but different percentage for different billing slabs.
Sometimes customers get confused and loose time.

Polite behaviour of staffs, availability of rare meds.
If you can’t get your meds anywhere else, this is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5-10 employees pressing you down for the sales of the product you don't want. Someone recommended it so I drove over 5 miles only to find that the things wasn't available. The Google lists it's number, but it's not working. So had to go there to inquire if the product was available. Waste of time. Although looked like it was stocked with medicine. That's what is Disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service and fraudulent practices in their billing section. In my case i had to pay twice for a medicine as they informed me that my credit card payment declined and had to pay in cash. Later on when showed my credit card statement that the statement reflecting as transaction successfully. They very strangely informed me that they couldn't get statement from their bank to cross check/verify transaction. As a result I ended up paying double for a bill. Horrible experience and don't suggest any purchase from them because of the fraudulent practice they do.
