Nathani Children's Clinic - Mumbai

I wish I could give her minus 5 !!! She's just there for money. Since we are new parents we really needed someone who would clear our doubts but all she did was bombard us with her advice irrespective of the fact that we understood or not. When asked too many doubts asked me to wait out n come back again who does that!! The only good thing was that it's located in a good compound with parking plus very less crowd but now I know why she had such less crowd. There are much better doctors for your child in Chembur.

I dont have enough words to thank Dr Neeta Nathani . yet to come across someone like her. I went thru terrible mental trauma when I learned my 10 year son was tested covid positive we immediately consulted dr neeta nathani and she took all points into consideration and guided us and helped us sail thru this difficult moment we are all doing family isolation and all are under medication. Thank you for being there. From the time I have known she has always been a very very patient listener and willing to hear you out and feel your pain such qualities are very rare. Dr. Neeta Nathani is the perfect pediatrician for the modern day parent. Her advice is not just restricted to the illness that your child might be visiting her for, but also includes advice on the child's growth and development which also includes the mental and physical well being. The staff at the clinic too are very professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. Overall a perfect partner for parents of growing up kids.

I have been taking my child to consult with Dr Nathani for a few years now and have been very satisfied with her diagnosis. With the current situation we decided to consult with her online and her diagnosis online too is as good as when we used to physically go to the clinic. She takes the time to diagnose the issue with a lot of patience taking into account the little details and the entire process flows very smoothly. Her staff too add on to the smooth flow of the consultation by sending all the after consultation services very professionally.

25 Feb 2022 Have u ever met doctor asking you (on one of your bad days) SHALL I MAKE KHICHADI AND SEND? Or DO U HAVE MONEY WITH YOU? if no u can find her here. On 12 Feb 2022, my elder son met with an accident on the evening at around 6 30. He lost his 2 front teeth. I immediately called Dr. Neeta and informed her about the mishap. I called up the dentist in parallel and informed her that we shall see her after Dr. Neeta's examination. Dr. Neeta immediately aligned with our dentist Dr. Preeti Lamba and informed her about my son's exact condition sent her his pictures so that she could prepare for the fixing of the teeth back in place. This is an activity that has to get completed within 1 hour of the accident. Dr. Neeta arranged for Dr. Lamba's car from her clinic so that we do not waste any further time. After the procedure of fixation of the teeth, Dr. Neeta spoke to almost every xray center in Chembur to find out if there is a place where the face xray and hand xray both can happen at the same place. To everyone's information, there is not a single place in Chembur with both these facilities under one roof. Dr. Neeta and Dr. Lamba them scheduled both at different places. The face xray showed fractures at 4 places. We then went for hand xray it too showed fractures. While we were waiting for the Dr. (Ortho)to examine hand xray, Dr. Neeta called me. She comforted me and asked me if we ( our son me, husband and our 2.3 yr old) have had anything as it was almost 11 o clock by then. When I answered negatively she asked me something that I will never forget. She asked me, "shall I send khichadi for u all, please don't cook after going home. I said that I shall ask some neighbour for help. Then came the next question (we were still to visit face surgeon by then) she said," its getting bigger than what we had anticipated, do u have Money with you?" Which doctor asks these questions in today's times? This shows that apart from her expertise and high work ethics in treating her patients she has a beautiful heart full of compassion and love. We (me and my husband) shall forever be indebted to her for the love that she has bestowed on our sons. Thank you form the bottom of our hearts. We also want to thank Gita, Netra and Pramila aunty for their work. They all go over and above what is required/expected from the, to make patients and their partners feel better until they meet ma'am. It is noticable that it was Gita who pointed out first, that my son's hand has swelling and that he is uncomfortable in moving it freely. Thankyou Gita. My 5 year old has been interacting with Dr Nathani’s Clinic from his first year. Dr Neeta is his favorite and she is thorough with his understanding of the concern and her approach is appreciated by the child and parents, equally. Dr. Neeta is also available for any emergencies for child care and is very considerate even if the care is when we are travelling. ? The appointment system is good and parents usually don’t have to spend a lot of time waiting for the appointment. Nethra, Pramila and Geeta are all very polite, friendly and approachable. It is a nice environment all through and you should definitely give it a try for your child’s medical care.

Dr. Nathani is our pediatrician for our older child and we have known her for over 6.5 years now. She is a wonderfully progressive pediatrician who empowers parents to confidently navigate through sicknesses, vaccinations, feeding and growth spurts. With the whatsapp groups and her workshops, Dr. Nathani has built a community with an interest in child health and nutrition, going beyond mere clinical practice. I have to mention here, her incredible attention to detail, impeccable record keeping and her office's vaccination reminders.
