★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Little disappointed with the service and quality of food served this time. I had visited this place May times but this time the quality and taste of food was not good. We ordered Chinese veg platter. When the food was served it looked great but the quality and taste was not at all liked how it looked. Even the noodles was soggy and not at all freshly prepared. Fried rice and manchurian was nice in the platter. Main issue was the lady who took the order. She was not all good as per me. As she was not at all have any courtesy. At last we ordered jalebi and when my wife asked her to serve hot she said something bluntly and went back, which was not as expected from her. I think there needs some improvement in Chinese platter for good quality and taste. I know that it may happens sometime but still not expected from Nathu’s.

It was really really awesome including the ambiance, staff, food, hygiene and the desserts
Really loved the place and gol gappey was sooo good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food quality is good..but management has to get more serving person. Tea is essential for some people which was not available because of less staff. A single guy was serving the whole place. Around 15 guest, where he has to take orders and bring it to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday me and my friend visited this outlet. They have large variety of food items. Indian continental, chinese appetizers, south indian all these types of cuisine is available there. The centre of attraction is the food that's unique in taste and of better quality. We tried many dishes. I loved their Pizza very much and the amazing presentation of gol gappas. Staff members were also great, they were taking good care if their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited Nathu's Sweets yesterday with my friend. We were warmly welcomed there. The moment we got to sit, there were 2-3 servants ready to serve us. Very friendly staff and attentive always. Loved the way we were treated and served. Food is the major attraction of the restaurant. Tried many dishes from continental to south indian. Unique presentation of dishes and unique taste too. Ambience is also well designed and decorated. Great experience over there.?

I was too hungry and I ordered shahi paneer and butter naan and the taste was very very bad.
Even plates and bowl were dirty (pale) and waiter tissue paper aise rakh raha tha table 2 - 2 kar k very pathetic services. "Uche Dukan Feeke Pakwan"
please see the photo of shahi panner its look like a tomato sauce
