Their people put the acid to clean a new Diakin 1.8 ton resulting in complete ruin of a brand new AC.
No courtesy to even acknowledge or feel sorry!

My experience : Most relaxed purchasing i ever did of an electronic product. Very transparent dealing, like no sales gimmick or hassle.
The owner of the shop he is an engineer and they are assembling ac's in Jaipur since the time when people didn't know here what ac's are.
They have a strong technical backing. We also got the best deal for the split ac.
Also its a family owned business and i always appreciate such business due to high ethics.
