I had placed an order for a fiber door on 17th July. The owner Mr. Nathu Gandhi promised a delivery time of 3 - 4 days, and it finally took him more than two weeks (17 days to be precise) to get the door delivered. There were no updates from National Aluminum, and I had to keep following up with them to get the door delivered.
Moreover, upon installation, Mr. Nathu Gandhi demanded more money than what was initially quoted. (Initial quote = 4,500 INR) and he presented me a surprise with a final bill of 6,350 INR.
