★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customers are not valued as they used to a few years ago. After sale service has degraded. They are reluctant to descend stairs to check battery and keep customer waiting in limbo. Everyone is busy roaming around and wouldn't give product information even after asking, feels like customer is unwanted and no one has that job assigned. Plus my vehicle's battery died in about 28 months, disappointed with Amaron, decided to move away from Amaron. I had good experience from this store in 2018.
