β β β β β See, this location has most of the NCERTS prescribed for UPSC Civil Services exam and for all other classes. It stays open till 4 pm, so you have to reach before 3.30pm.
The only problem is the Incharge sitting here. He is very very rude and ill mannered. He doesn't even talk nicely. He'll insult you each time. Just because he has a government job doesn't qualify him to insult customers. He'll not even allow you to check all the available books. So, you have to come with a list of all the books you need.
This man needs to be suspended. I have been here for 3 times. Each time, his behaviour is pathetic.

β β β β β Went to buy books, staff is good and ignore the comments about bad quality books and rude staff.
Bad quality books are the last few peices of the particular book you want to buy, if you buy during start of school academic year, you will find every book.
And coming to the rude staff, give respect and take respect to the employees there.
And be punctual with the timings and just because you didn't reach there on time, does not mean you give bad ratings.

β β β β β The location staff and service are all good. The timings could have been more customer friendly. Only 5 working days from 10am to 12 noon followed by 2pm to 4pm only means half a day leave becomes necessary.
