★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most third graded place... My mother in law was in icu and I went there with the blood sample they kept me waiting for an hour saying we will do after that they said we will kot do testing....such an horrible staff service... Don't go there at all...very very very bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever to get diagnosed.. every test reports are wrong.. but they are so arrogant they dont even accept their fault.. pathology doctor dr arindam das's behaviour at worst.. he didn't even accept his fault he kept arguing that he is 100% right.. their own kidney doctor said reports are all wrong but that bustard ARINDAM DAS has audacity to argue with everyone.. they dont care about any patients health all they care about is money ... Worst place ever and that ARINDAM DAS is a bustard ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place if you are sick. The staff is extremely rude and think they are doing you a favour. They do not understand that one goes to a diagnostic center when one is sick. The home collection staff is also very rude. They do not have basic courtesy. The prices are high. The same tests from Dr. LALPATHLABS (a brand name) are cheaper by 15%. Secondly, the staff behaviour is also extremely good. Why should one pay for worst possible service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pathology doctor i have ever experienced, their every report was wrong. Dr . Arindam Das the pathologist has the most arrogant behaviour... He is so full of ego that he kept arguing with patient and doctor.. continuously he was trying to prove the senior doctor wrong by arguing with bad words.. his behaviour was so violent. Shame on such PATHOLOGIST DR. ARINDAM DAS..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst! In one word I can say that National diagnostic is a worst in kolkata..
My father today went there for sugar test but all the employees out there were so unprofessional that they came after 10mins;after the exact time to test..And didn't even apologised but said that it's not a problem if 10mins late..
All the idiots are there..
Worst worst and worst unprofessional people!
Don't go there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They dont have any sense how to deal with patients. I called them to consult Dr.and they said that only 15 patients visits in one day. Then I called doctor and he said to come at a time. But when I came here the receptionist said first come first serve. They are taking name over 15 people but not on phone.This is not done. Very unproffesional behaviour by this type of renound diagnostic centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good quality is only that they give report in time and reliable for consistency.
But they live in old world. Don't know to use UPI for payment option in case of home collection. If someone can go out to take money from ATM then why would I call them at home? Very bad specially for Covid patients. I have tested many times from them but during Covid all 45000 rs test was done in different lab as they cannot take payment online.
