★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are big fraud , They dont have any knowledge about National make weigh machines. They ask u the machine problem , den sell their product which are not proper , irrelevant to the machine problem. .& When we ask them to replace or money back they deny .
They bleam customers that why you took it from us , we dont return money
Friends today they did fraud with us , they sell one adopter to us saying that is right for our weigh machine , but as we connect machine didnt work ,, when we went back to them they said its your mistake u should not buy things from us , They didnt return our money ,nor even replace the product as it was too much high volt for our weigh machine .
Be aware of such fraud people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its National electronics good luck that google does not allows a star less than 1 that is why i have to give them 1 star. The worst place ever to buy a weighing machine. Horrible quality and pathetic behaviour with customer. Personal experience is terrible. I have two weighing machines from them, and I am tired of going again and again to them for service. After every month something or the other gets damaged and then just to touch the machine they will charge you. Apart from this I asked them why is your weighing machine has such pathetic quality to which the owner had a defence of saying that the machine has to get service all the time. after every month. STOP BUYING STUFF FROM THEM. Not at all professional in work as well as in behaviour with customers.
