The manager of the place is pretty well behaved and maintains a healthy professional relationship with everyone! And coming to the quality of the products, oh, that's so so good! The quality and the design, just incomparable to any other store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had come to an agreement with the salesperson regarding a king sized bed. However, the manager completely denied the price we previously agreed upon! Seems like there is no communication between the employees! The manager was repeatedly calling a higher authority without having almost any knowledge himself. He also misbehaved and talked rudely to us, they have no hospitality and don't know how to behave with their customers. So, we had to cancel the cheque which was already filled up. Pathetic.

National Furniture provided me a defective Dining table worth 1.7 lacs, whose one chair is broken. when informed they neither accepted the fault, nor ready to exchange the chair. Their behaviour is pathetic. I would suggest everyone not to waste your money by buying something from here. I don't know where to complain but I want to give them a lesson.
