Very slow and time waiting employees. There is Need to change entire staff and employ new young staff for better and faster services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not happy with the experience had to claim for my insurance . But the staff seem to be so careless and really rude. You have to constantly keep telling them and reminding them and when it’s about reinstatement they call and send reminders but when you have to claim they don’t give any care . One staff even took my contact number for some other reason and keep msging me for that unwanted and unrelated to the insurance .. this is very disappointing and not as per anyone’s expectations.. they will keep u standing there for hours like they r doing us a big deal giving us a claim for our own money we spent
