This is regarding feedback for Flat A-204/1, shaheen bagh thokar no.7 owner:
This flat owner named Raees Khan s/o Sayeed khan is so greedy and liar that Allah's refuge is sought. No tenant lasts for more than 4-5 months and these people do not return the security deposit also. They finalise rent to some amount but upon shifting and after completion of a month they ask for more money, if you refuse they ask to vacate the flat! They interrupt the private life of their tenants so much so that they get irritated and the owners feels no shame and sense for such behaviour.
I sincerely request that no one come to this flat for rent otherwise he/she will definitely regret the decision.
This small comment is posted just to make aware of the mishciveous nature of the owner so that tenants do not suffer.
DO NOT COME TO A-204/1 FOR LIVE IN!!
