Pros
1. It's a government organisation offering quality seeds to farmers at cheap rates
2. They also ensure the insurance in coordination with the banks
3. They study the soil of your land and then offer the variety of seeds.
4. They also teach us the ways by which we can increase the productivity of our fields i.e.by planting legumes periodically,etc
5. They have co-operative staffs to help us
6. As it's an Government organisation so they have office hours of work
7. Apart from this they have good parking lot.
8. No crowding at all
Cons
1. It's more over used as a landmark these days
2. This place is not located on a main road. so no auto rickshaw contact.
