★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plastic item s sold in packaging which looks genuine, but has leaks and flaws. When asked, no warranty is answered.
Even if them item costs in thousands.
They can give the product back to their provider.
But they don't care how much it costs, once sold they don't care of customer satisfaction.
Let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lowest quality, third-rate spare parts manufactured by some non-authorized SMEs are being sold by this stupid shop. I bought a tata indigo clutch part(some fluid pressure switch) that failed just after a week of being deployed in my car.I was hoodwinked at this shop by saying that it is an original spare part which later to my utter horror i found to be a copy of the original product. I went to this place as this part was not available at the showroom. The owner(a fair guy) is such an arrogant and greedy guy that when i went back with the part that didn't even last week,he simply said there's no gaurantee on such parts. Sir,why r u taking the pain in selling sake items and trapping unsuspecting customers?.The least amount of decency warrants that you either replace the part or refund atleast half money.Bunch of such shameless looting idiots didn't even apologise. My humble request to al people looking for spare parts...Please avoid this shop and prefer showrooms.Atleast they take responsibility and can provide better service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a conversation over phone with Sumit regarding some parts for my 800 car. Response was very positive. When I was in Pune I visited this shop many times and again being in Karjat I believe its going to be my favourite place with regards to spare and parts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a pair of fog lamps from here and gave it to my mechanic to install it in my car. The mechanic called me just after installing the lamps that the glass of both lamps has been broken and one of the lamp turned white just after switching it on for the first time without doing anything to them. I called them immediately and told them about the problem. They say come and we will change it. When i reached to the shop the owner says that you only have broke the glass it is just not possible that glass broke up, and also denied for replacement saying that we do not replace broken items.
One more thing i think about this shop is they resale the items which they took from other customers due some fault. The lamp i got jst broke so he denied for replacement because he definitely can not sale a broken item or else he should have replaced it and than should have sold that only lamps to someone else.
A total cheater for spare parts and warranty. Never gives warranty or assurance of anything. If the thing you bought and not working just after walking out from his shop than also he won't agree to the fact that he is selling 3rd class quality material. Infact may be he will say you that you have damaged it yourself.
