National Computer Training Center (NYCTA) bansdroni kolkata branch er headoffice একটি Fraud এবং irresponsible Computer Training Center.যখন আমি Google এ search করে এদের site এ franchise section এ contact no দেখে phone করি তখন এদের Business partner/marketing executive Partha Pratim Biswas সাথে আমার কথা হয় এইরকম । তিনি বলেন যে franchise apply করতে হলে আমাকে franchise form fillup করে center photo,trade lisence এর কপি, id proof পাঠাতে হবে headoffice এ । তিনি আমাকে আমার ইমেইল এ franchise form টাপাঠিয়ে দিয়েছিলেন। আমি সেটি download করে আমার সব documents attach করে headoffice এর ঠি্কানা তে পাঠিয়ে দিই ওনার কথা মত। তারপর উনি আমাকে franchise fee পাঠা্তে বলেন আমি টাকা পাঠিয়ে দিই ।উনি বলেন যে আমি আমার সব ডকুমেন্টস center authorization লেটার, agreement paper সব পোস্ট এ টাকা পাঠানোর ৭দিনের মধ্যে পেয়ে যাব কিন্তু ১ মাস হবার পরেও পাই না কিছুই।Nycta এর ওয়েবসাইট এ franchise fee লেখা ছিল তখন ৫২৫০ .২৫% discount ছিল তখন এবং site এ লেখা ছিল তখন এই franchisee fee নিলে আমি computer center authorization certificate , agreement paper,students bag,বই ,লিফলেট ও glowsign পাব ও NYCTA -এর Marketing executive আমাকে বলেন যে computer center authorization certificate , agreement paper post এ পাঠানো হবে কিন্তু টাকা দেওয়ার পরে headoffice এর head বলেন জিনিসগুলি ইমেলে পাঠিয়ে দেওয়া হবে original গুলি post এ পাঠানো হবেনা।কারণ হিসাবে তিনি জানান যে, আমি নাকি discount নিয়েছিলাম।কিন্তু এদের ওয়েবসাইটে সেইরকম কিছুই লেখা ছিলনা। টাকা নিয়ে এরা বিভিন্ন রকমের নিয়ম দেখায় ।আদপে এদের নিয়মের কোন ভিত্তি নেই। টাকা দেওয়ার এক মাস পরেও এরা authorization certificate আমাকে পাঠায়না। Headoffice এ আমি daily ৫ থেকে ৬ বার phone করতাম but এরা কোন গ্রাঝ্য করত না নানা রকম বাহানা করত যে কাল পাঠিয়ে দেব পরের দিন পাঠিয়ে দেব ।আমি headoffice এ phone করে বললাম যে আপনি authorization letter পাঠিয়ে দিন কারন authorization letter ছাড়া আমার computer center চালু করতে পারছিনা।অনেক request করেছি এদের কাছে authorization letter টা পাঠানোর জন্য কিন্তু এরা কিছু গ্রাঝ্য করেনি।এক মাসের ও বেশি হয়ে যাবার পর আমি আর সহ্য করতে না পেরে google এ এদের নিয়ে review লিখি।তখন এরা ভয় পেয়ে আমার ইমেইল এ authorization letter টা পাঠায় ৩৯ দিন পেরনার পর। agreement paper টা আমি ফিলাপ করে court এ afidavit করে এদের এক মাস আগে পাঠানোর পরেও এখনোও 2 মাস হয়ে গেলেও আমি agreement paper এখনও হাতে পাইনি।অথচ টাকা পাঠনোর সময় এরা কিন্তু বলেছিল যে টাকা পাঠনোর ৭দিনের মাধ্যে আমি authorization letter,agreement paper সব পেয়ে যাব by post এ।by post তো দুরের কথা আমি authorization letter টা ই পাই এক মাস পরে google এ review দেওয়ার পরে।agreement paper টা দু মাস হয়ে গেল আমি পাই নি।সব থেকে বড় কথা এদের কথাবাত্রার কোনো ঠিকনেই।এদের একজন বলে এক রকম ত আরেক জন অন্য রকম।বাধ্য হয়ে আমি অন্য jatiya yuva computer prashikshan kendra থেকে franchise নিই।আমার টাকা জলে যায়।NYCTA headoffice এর madam এর behaviour জঘন্য।আমি এটাই বলব সবাইকে যে যদি কেউ Computer Center এর franchise নিতে চায় এদের কাছে computer Institute খোলার জন্য তাহলে এদের 150, Sahid, Sahid Benoy Bose Rd, Bansdroni, Kolkata, West Bengal 700070 এদের কাছ থেকে দয়া করে franchise নেবেন না যদি না ঠকতে চান।এরা নিজেদের দোষ ঢাকার জন্য নিয়ম দেখায় কিনতু এরা নিজেরাই নিয়ম মানে না । টাকা দিয়ে যদি এত harrashment হতে হয় তাহলে আর কিছু বলার নেই।NYCTA এর Bansdroni র যে headoffice আছে আমি তার কথাই লিখছি এখানে।আমার একটাই কথা যে টাকা নিয়ে এরা যদি আমাকেই আমার লিগাল ডকুমেন্টস authorization letter,agreement paper এই সব না পাঠায় তাহলে students ভরতি হলে students দের ব্যাগ , বই,computer Certificate , Marksheet এই সব দেবে কি না আদৌ দেবেই না বা কখন দেবে তার কোনো ঠিক নেই। যদি এরা নাই দেবে তো Computer center Franchise র add কেন দেয় google এ ।আমি এই কথাটা এদের ফোন করেও বলেছি কিন্তু এদের কোনো লজ্জা বলে কিছুই নেই।এরা শুধুমাএ নিজেদের লাভ দেখে আর কিছু ভাবে না।Cheap mentality এদের ।এভাবে মানুষকে ঠকায় এরা।

The teachers are not at all responsible for the student's progress. Teachers talk with student's parents politely only for income and for time pass.

National Youth Computer Training Academy is a fraud & unresponsible computer training institute.I paid total franchisee fee & i send the franchisee application form,center photo & all the required documents one months ago.The application date & fees paid date was 14.08.2018.Every day I called to the NYCTA Head office.But they did not give the franchisee authorization letter,agreement letter.28 days later I send them a email to say that if they give my authorization letter after 28 days then when students will get their certificate .After 28 days the send me the authorization letter through email. The Head office mam & sir are not at all responsible for the student's progress. Their aim is income and for time pass.The head office mams behaviour is so rude.
