( 41329) and In past their service was really very good. But from past 3 months I am facing issue of late delivery.it takes 10/15 days which is really horrible. This time also I booked on 17 sep but not yet received & their person saying it will take more 3/5 days. Management has to solve this issue ASAP.

Every time we book a gas cylinder and wait for 3-4 days then call them every single day to ask when the cylinder will be delivered.. then after 7-8 days, we go to the agency and bring the cylinder on our own. This happens with us every time. Moreover, staff don't bother about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been a subscriber to their service for a couple of years and I’ve never had any issues with their service.
The staff is helpful and so is everybody who works with them and delivers the gas cylinders. I’ve found the service to be prompt and efficient.
Additionally, the phone booking process is extremely convenient, so good job with that!
My only grievance is that even though the gas company themselves always send a message to get the gas cylinder weighed in front of you before accepting, I’ve never been able to do that because the people who deliver say that they’ve not been given a scale. I don’t know what’s the reality here, only that this should be rectified!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad customer service. Almost all the time i picked up my own cylinder from their office, never delivers on time,waited a week for delivery and then picked up cylinder myself. Thats how i get my order every single time -one week wait and then go pick yourself. Home delivery? Whats that?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have not given my due 10 Rs. after gas cylinder price dropped by 10.
Then in this August I booked cylinder on 7th & they waited till price increases & delivered today on 26th. It took them 19 days to deliver a cylinder, such a slow & pathetic service.
They started cheating this way. PLEASE BEWARE.
Since morning they said that they will deliver & in evening their delivery man said he can't deliver on that day & will deliver after 3 days.
No accountability, no value of the time.
WORST gas agency ever. Please change your gas agency & save yourself from suffering.
