Kohinoor just make commitment never fulfill
Natraj is another difficult company.
I want installation on 18 th july.
Deliver on 17 July and told installation on next day.
Next day no body come
I call company on 19...
They are not aware about installation
Today is 21 installation is not yet done.
They keep on calling and told that I will reach by hours time...
But there's hour is of 5 days...
Please do not purchase from Natraj

β β β β β quality of the product isn't really that great, I don't know about motor's life, performance is great but build quality is not as good as it should be because we are talking about the best. there are gaps between joints of the body, door of machine was little bit tilted, finishing wasn't perfect, even the logo wasn't perfectly at the centre, scratches on machine's handle etc. no one expects that from number one, there is nothing on machine to protect it from cockroaches, you have to do your own effort to keep it safe, we used some stainless steel mosquito net to safeguard the internal parts. good luck ?

β β β β β Pathetic quality of Machine. Company service is also not so great. I have stopped using this Machine. Company director are not serious about customer satisfaction. Quality of machine spare part is of bad quality. I think there is no quality check process in this Company.
Strongly recommend not to buy this product.
I bought this from Croma showroom at higher price which i felt is cheated now. Croma should have done some due diligence on this and then promote any local Company.

We bought this machine (Natraj Rapid with vac cleaner) 2 months back. It has stopped working 6-7 times since then. Fortunately the dealer is sending mechanic to resolve the issues. But the product quality after paying premium price is very very pathetic.. It is pain bought by spending more than INR 18k.
