The phone keeps ringing for long.
If at all the phone connects the lady who answers never has clear answers. She is reluctant to send people for servicing calls and offers unwarranted advice without knowing the issue with the machine.
If at all the technician comes to inspect, he is hardly interested and he keeps blaming us for buying the machine online.
Overall a very difficult place to get good service from.
They are very old school and do not bother about customer service or satisfaction.
