★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The brand is good but the ice cream quality in this particular shop is not good... For past three times the ice cream that was served out the fridge was soft and mealted quickly....i would preferably choose to visit the Kothrud naturals shop they have better ice cream than this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste of the ice cream is as usual superb but the management and staff is not at all efficient. Also, the manager by default takes the double scoop order for ice cream. We have to specifically request that we need single scoop which is not a good practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving this a one star because the staff is disrespectful and rude. They do not listen to your order patiently and try to convince you that their doing their job right just because there are cctv cameras around. 10/10 would not recommend going to this branch of naturals. If you live near Sinhagad road please visit the Kothrud branch of Naturals you’ll save time by not arguing and getting better service. I really like their ice creams but their staff had the audacity of serving me melted ice cream and even the the wrong ice cream once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was not the first time to have a Naturals ice cream. I have always liked it due to it's rich taste and originality. There is a wide range of flavours available to taste. The options like single or double scoop or cone or paper cup for serving also matters. Yes the price feels little high but I still pay for the taste. So buying it might depend from person to person.

I mean you can check their ingredient lists, its just Milk sugar and whatever flavor you are having, of you are having fruit flavor then they are adding 100% real fruit in it. Yeah, it is a bit on a costlier side but, it is so damn worth it, you should anyhow try it once
