They do not have trained professionals or products but just few local people with local products. Service is WORST. Please pick some tiny local saloon than thinking about going here. They truly degraded - Naturals - Name!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the worst experience in this place. They messed up two of the most basic things: waxing and threading. Both were carried out at so much haste that the left eyebrow had been prominently cut off shorter than the right one. The waxing was done by two people at a time , which at that point I thought would not be a problem and consented to, but both were rushing abnormally, enough to hurt me multiple times, but still out of courtesy I did not snap at them even once, but only after returning back did I start to see the damage done. My skin has never reacted to wax of the same company like this ever before. I'm having rashes all over , still suffering and it's been over 2 weeks. Boils and rashes have developed in the underarms, all over my hands and legs, which are painful. I've been avoiding the symptoms for too long and gave these "professionals " the benefit of doubt, but they are doing a horrible job and need to be more responsible with their customers who put their trust in this brand. Will never be visiting again.
