★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They deserve negative rating. Staff is rude & misbehaved & refused to honour discount coupon bought from nearby even though spa rooms were empty. The excuse was u need to book it in advance. The lady at the counter was trying to convince me to go for a massage paying full price (i.e., Rs.1000 more than the discount coupon). She literally shouted at me when I insisted that they need to honour the nearby coupon & asked me to get out!!!
