β β β β β I went for waxing and threading service that was good!
But they suggest and ask for their Nail art which they says it's our salon speciality. They asked me to go for Gel paint which will lasts for 20-25 days. After 4 hours it started peeling off and within 24 hours 4 nail fingers paint is out without using my that hand in work or kitchen. The time I did nail art I went off to traveling. Without doing any kitchen work or any office work it's totally disaster. I paid 350/- for 5 fingers which is totally waste of money. And they give me good excuse that I gave a free normal paint to my little one.
Whereas she charge 350/ for 5 fingers to me which is like she has given me total free of cost. The way she gives excuses to client is mind boggling.
They commit for 20-25 days but when u politely give them review that lady owner will start arguing and she says we don't asked for reviews so don't give me reviews I gave you discount. Totally waste of time and money what she says don't ever give. She says it's our specialty just to make money from those 4 coating of nail paints.
I went for this service for this Uttarayan festival but it didn't last for even 24 hours. Poor quality and then they blame you must have heat your hands whereas I am on travelling to Mount Abu which is 10 degrees totally chill weather.
Rude behaviour of lady owner. She don't listen to your reviews or feedback so better not to go for nail paint services. ???

β β β β β It was a good hair spa. The massage time I felt was quite less, I mean frankly that's the whole purpose of getting a hair spa. We had a bit of communication issue too in terms of how to blow dry hair but eventually the results were good. They can improve a lot in terms of clutter, too small a place with too many people. Also, appointment systems can use improvement too. Overall, good.

β β β β β The first time I came for hair straighting experience was really amazing . My hair looked great. 2 time due to my tight schedule I could notwash my hair, however they gave me a complimentary hair wash before straighting. They are very professional n good at their work. Very polite n patient as well. . Thank you so much. I would always come here.

β β β β β Staff was really unprofessional. He didn't even switch on the AC or fan which is the basic facility instead he gave an excuse that we don't switch on ac/fan in winters. The massage time was also reduced by 15min just because I was having a discount coupon. I would choose to call them cheats.

β β β β β Staff behavior was nice but very bad quality nail paints used, all of it got spoiled very messily the second I washed my hands with just water after 2 hrs when I came back home after their service. I sat at the salon for 30 mins easily just for the nail paint coats to dry, still this result. Not at all worth the money paid, can try premium salons in the same price for mani-pedi. Very bad approach to criticism, blaming the customers instead of taking ownership of a quality issue is unethical.

β β β β β I had the worst service of my life here. I have 3 bruises on my legs and handsincluding a burn due to hot Rica wax. And they use really bad products for mani pedi. Please don't go here during covid. It's very unclean and they don't follow covid procedures
