★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a regular customer of Naturals since 4 years. The old staffs and their service was undeniably the best service I could say. But Right now the staffs are really pathetic. The lady who was doing facial of my Mom was so rude and even throughout the facial, she was taunting my mom that 'Youtube main aaj kal itna kuch aata hai don't you know which kind of face you have and which kind of facial you should go for!' Also age shamed my Mom and so on. If the customer knew what to do with the face, they would probably never visit a salon. Even the Haircut was horrible. Staffs giving gaze is another different issue. Also! Never going to visit this Salon ever. Also! Request their management to look into the issue.
