β β β β β Horrible experience.... for a hair spa. Totally unprofessional and a waste of money. The person was just pulling out my hairwith zero care.... detangled my hair in most painful way. And massage which is the most important of hair spa was for 3 minutes

β β β β β I've visited this salon on multiple occasions, I've never had bad service or a bad treatment, but on my most recent visit for a haircut today..
I have a long hair and wanted an Undercut. The guy who had cut my hair was far from being confident, Iβve shown him the pictures but he did a basic cut inspite of me telling his specifications. The final result was of thin crew cut. They charged me so much for that bad haircut and not even justified it. Even if the other hairdresser was a lil experienced and talented would have been fine. But getting a bad looking haircut and paying for it, it really hurts. I have a suggestion and an advice for the owner. People come because of you, please do not disappoint them. And if in case you have to be out for some reason of yours, please employ a trained confident staff, I am sure the way you charge, you can pay them well. Do not dupe your customers, they won't come again.
