★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for the first time to NB's Thane pokran road hiranandani meadows branch , everything was fine until I went to the seafood section, they were busy cutting cheese for cheese board instead of washing and cleaning the fish, and I was just waiting , watching them and standing there so long and finally asked why no one is dealing with my fish, my fish was just sitting on the weighing scale for some 10 minutes !! then he said just give us some time and he was continuing to cut the cheese for cheese board (for display) as if I just spoke to a wall, then since I waited so long he printed the fish bill and gave it to me and told me "mam go to the counter and bill your other items, till then I'll clean your fish" , they already wasted so much time doing nothing about my fish but I said fine, and then my billing also took more time and even after that the fish wasn't ready. Imagine how sad their service is. They didn't even start dealing with the fish ! It was still sitting there on the weighing scale, I wished I could cancel my order but I was already done with billing. Imagine standing and waiting and in front of you they're doing something else instead of respecting customer's time. Pretty pathetic , how long they made me wait even though I was the only customer in seafood section. ??Very very disappointed, I went after my billing to that section and told them to respect customer and be more efficient !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to get exotic and otherwise unavailable elsewhere products, even international. Though, downside is almost everything is quite costly. Great in terms of hygiene of place and products. Even good variety of wines and beers available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremly worst service i ever experienced..I ordered coffee online, and i have got coupen code of 500 rs off from my frnd residing nearby this store...so i applied and got 500 rs off and asked my other frnd who is staff of respective store to self pick up my order from store itself becoz he helped me in covid pandemic also bringing my orders to my home......Next day Natures baskets manager - (Bobby Sympson) called me asking the name of person who gave me coupen code to apply or otherwise he will scold his staff who has self received my order.... Such a rude guy he was - who has gave him authority to call customers directly.....and ask for this?....He said that the code was for specific customers only and your name is not in specific customers....So m asking if my number nd my name was not in specific customers then how your system accepted my code....This is IT management fault.....???
